Boost don't come in till 4-5k

As above running standard ct9 with a front mount and meshed turbo and don't seem to kick in till 4 - 5 k revs , thanks in advance

What are u controlling boost with? Adjustable actuator? Or wastegate?

Check your piping, did it boost fine before you pulled the engine out the GT?

I had this problem mate actuator needs shortening as it's set up too long and the only thing I could think of was the wastegate is not shut properly therefore boost came in 4-5k revs so actuator needs setting up properly mate hope this makes sense

No boost leaks, couldn't tell you i never drove it and only started it for like 5 seconds

it can't be adjusted mate it's a standard one

Ok when I took mine to be dyno mate he adjusted the actuator on mine and put a split t-piece in the vacuum pipe thingy from the actuator to the turbo so the third bit on the t-piece is just a breather bit I take it

Sounds like the actuator has a dodgey diaphragm, if its not a boost leak/fucked turbo.

Must be actuator as turbo has no play or smoke etc

get an adjustable actuator and have it set up at a rolling road, dont bother messing with the standard one as its fucked and will let you down in the future even if its sorted
