Removing Gt door

Can anyone tell me the best way to remove a door on an ep82.

I m picking up a new one at the weekend to replace my old bent door. But Ive never done this before....any tips/pointers??

Remove the bumper and wing first, makes it a lot easier imo.

If there's two of you, you can do it with the wing on but it'll be a bit more tricky. Don't forget to remove the door wiring loom first though.

After you disconnect the multiplug, theres 4, 14 or 12 mm bolts that hold the hinges and also if you hit the check strap pin up the way to get it off, thats it.

I recently did this in the pissing rain outside Charlie Buckets lockup on my own haha, they are heavier than expected aswell. Watch your toes

Alternatively you can use Daniels first method of reversing your other car into your starlets door

Step 1 open door

Step 2 reverse another vehicle into the open door

And replace
