lads just logged into pay pal and it says I have ''You have 126 days to resolve before your account becomes restricted''.

they gave me a case id number.. how do I contact them about this..

and is it for money passing through your account or money sitting in it at any particular time?

I never used my bank true them I just used what ever money was sent to my pay pal I spent on stuff..
