Malcolm GT
Anyone? Can you just take the bulb out or will it fail the mot?
littlegreenmonster
If you can take it out its better but if you put tape over it and we can't look either side then by law we can't take the tape off but id take it out dude tbh because there are alot of sneaky tester who take it off anyway
Ollieh17
I know some people wire it into the airbag circuit, so when you turn ignition on itll light up with the airbag light and go off with it. Someone else can probably go into more detail. If you just take the bulb out im sure thats a fail as the abs light wont come on on start up?
littlegreenmonster
As far as im aware its only an advisory I could be wrong but I dont think I am but wiring it up to the airbag seems a better idea tbh

Malcolm GT
Easy job? Heard it comes with instructions
nikhilkamdar12
Easy job if the engine is out make its a lot easier. But I could imagine struggling a bit if engine was in as you need access right to the back. Guess you could take of the inlet manifold would make it a lot easier. Other than that it's easy mate And yes does come with instructions Edited April 18, 2014 by nikhilkamdar12
