Brembo or Mintex?

as above which brake pads would you go for?

Neither ferodo ds2500 all the way for me... What do you need them for?? Track or just bombin about the streets dude??

mate mintex m1144 are great pads, cheaper than ferodo and great for fast road setup, not ideal for hard track use though, ive just replaced my ebc pads with them.

Mintex are shit. Get ds2500's. Once you get them you wont buy any other pads for fast road

I have to say that people who've tried DS2500 don't seem to use other pads after that.......bit more expensive, but not beyond reason!

Depends on power I suppose would probably go brembo, mintex seem not as out going as in terms of performance cars

Don't forget that all the big brake pad mfrs have a "road" range that is probably 99% of their sales to the general public, and a "race" range. You can't make any meaningful comparisons between the two types!

I think Ferodo have a half-way range, the "DS Performance" ones, I don't know much about them though.

I wouldn't have much of an idea in terms of picking normal road pads where brake dust / wear life and that kind of thing are probably the things most people are interested in.

i don't think youll be able to see brembo on the pads unless they are taken off lol

with r888s they will genuinely hurt when u brake hard on track and make your lungs fall of
