Overboosting is when u go over your target boost.

u stated you have your car set to 1.0bar/14 psi

you are overboosting if you hit 15psi or over, simple.

Ct9s are great at overboosting, an external wastegate will stop this very easily.

Buy a decent boost gauge of you havn't already, It should be ok with the weather been warmish, it's the winter you gotta watch for overboosting...that's why people run actuators at 0.8 and use EBC's to do the rest/change settings etc

it's got a greedy boost gauge. I dont think it's got many mods (havent had it long) only ported and flowed manifold, decat straight though (sept back box). and a hybrid ct9.

What fueling mods does it have ecu? Sounds like you should be running fine sounds like you need a backbox..

No fuel mods but it does have a fuel cut defender?

You need to find out if your running an uprated fuel pump..the chance's are you are but I wouldn't trust a fcd, I would turn the boost down if I was you until you get proper management ie plug n play etc
