high idle after fitting zisco intake!

I just fitted a zisci intake and now its idling about 1500/1400rpm at normal temps. I checked around for leaks but found nothing. Throttle body is custom and the idle screw is all the way out therfore i cannot decrease idle anymore.

Any ideas or its normal?

no its not normal spray soapy water all over it and rev it a few times there must be a small leak somewhere to stay that high

trow up a pic of the setup and what tb are you using ?????? whats customized on the tb ??

By custom i mean a universal tb that comes with zisco manis. I Will try that and check more on the leaks.

take of the intercooler pipe on the tb and put your hand over it if it keeps running then there is deffo a leak

I just went to have my car mapped last Friday and did a leak test before mapping turned out the zisco throttle body was leaking badly from the shaft/spindle so ended up couldn't get the car mapped. If you can get the system tested it shows up any leaks.

Get some carb cleaner, give any suspect areas a quick blast, you'll know as it'll cough/splutter.
