Best/cheapest way to clean a head

I have a 4efte head that I'm rebuilding with new seals and i'm going to get it skimmed etc before it all goes back together but whilst it's apart I want to clean it... What's the best way without getting a toothbrush out? I know of chemical dipping but not sure of prices? Will probably be toothbrush and brake cleaner at this rate

If your getting it skimmed they should clean it for you at the same time, All the places we use dip them anyway.

All our machine shop around here will clean it when it's skimmed, pretty sure 90% of them do
