wiseco 74.5mm forged pistons

Scat forged rods

ACL racing big ends, mains & thrust bearings

athenna 1.2mm metal headgasket

crusie valve springs

Toyota water pump

genuine toyota gasket kit

Just wondering what bhp can a run this engine at safe it was 275 before

No such thing as "what bhp can it be ran at safely", It comes down to how the good the map is.

a forged engine can go bang with a shitty map running low BHP.

to run it safely fit a sheet of glass to the top and use it as a coffee table. other than that just pick power your happy with and aim for that

As H_D said really. If you have a good map you should be fine with anything that a 4e can spool really. I've known of a forged 4e to melt the bearings to the rods and damage a piston but that's because the oil pump failed.

with these exact parts as yours i have run my engine at 23 psi (1.6 bar) and the car made 263whp on a shitty map on an S-afc 2 so i think the engine can make a little more safe hp with a proper map on an ECU!!!!
