Basically the voucher entitles you to 25% off everything in a Halfords store bar like Sat navs and something else where it's 15% The week is from the 18th-26th November I have 2 and will be giving both out for free in a raffle type thing that I will hold on Sunday 9th November, and I'll even pay postage to you. They're of no use to me and seeing as having a starlet is a community thing you're all technically my friends. There will be no payment for these, they're completely free.
