fiddlersport
very little heat output through the vents, Did remove dash and checked all motors and they were all working fine, cleaned the 20 year old dust while i was at it and also cleaned the matrix out and checked for visual leaks. My ep91 n/a gives alot of heat out on hot but the ep 82 doesnt. replaced thermostat to see if that helps but no luck temperature of engine is normal this ep has climate control

Calum122
Surely there is not a lot it can actually be.The engine gets hot, the thermostat opens. The water flows through the heater matrix. The fans take the heat away, the cabin gets warm. So surely it'sa one of those factors that has gone wrong. The temperature gauge tells you the water is hot. The thermostat opening stops the engine from excessively over heating, below halfway the needle tends to sit. And you should clearly hear the fans. The only non obvious one will be the heater matrix has a blockage. Could try some radiator flush
