Which is better/ offers more gain

The corolla inlet manifold or an FTE inlet manifold?

OBX or such like aftermarket exhaust mani or the corolla 4-2-1?

Any input would be much appreciated

I would prob go with a corolla manifold from what I have read.

afaik the 4efte gives more uptop power but ideally u want a nice linear increase throughout rather than peak punch.

I had the rolla on my first NA and I definitely noticed an overall increase in torque, probably go for that again.

Do you have any experience with the exhaust manis?

Corolla manifold imo dude ive got a fte one on mine andmy missus has a corolla one on hers and on hers the power seems to come in at alot lower revs than mine. Plus hers seems faster lol

i had a corolla inlet and 4-2-1 exhaust mani, was fairly nippy for what it was made just over 93bhp

Has anybody ever considered using a micra exhaust manifold? I know people use 4efte turbo manifolds on micras and they require a tiny bit of modding but dimensions are the same...

Couple it with a decent exhaust you might be onto something?
