LukeColby
Hello just wondering if anyone has had the same issue, just put td04 on and running to make sure all is ok before remap and checking oil level and it has gone a light brown colour and has a very strong smell of fuel but coolant level is perfect so feeling it isent the head gasket. Anyone had a problem like this befor ? Cheers luke
Turbo Goose
Mine did it all the time. Think its related to bore wash. Got my fueling set up spot on but eventually the oil always smelt of fuel
5e colin
its over feuling big time get it sorted fast can leed to engine damage probly injector stuck open !!!!
Ollieh17
I noticed this a while a ago. Changed the oil and did the same short after. Have a wideband and car was fuelling fine and compression bang on. Done some research into it and a lot of people say its nothing worry about if all factors are good. Your car will naturally run rich on startup, cold weather etc and short journeys do not help

5T4R7ET N/A
Oil colour should remain about the same on petrol car for the first 2-3k the it get slightly browner till 5-6k. After that it's get noticeably darker brown. That's from what I have seen on all the petrol cars I have owned. Widebands are great for checking fuelling but you have to know at what boost level the fueling ratio should be at
LukeColby
Its not using oil at the moment :/ the level has raised slightly if anything And its not a normal old oil colour
daniel_g
Defo get the map redone for your new setup.Sounds like there is an underlying fueling issue. What size injectors do you run and what FPR do you use ?
