Yet I've also been in the same position on the selling side, sold something before end of auction and can't close it... What you should have done is get a friend to bid £1,000,000 on them and cancel the transaction afterwards so to not upset any genuinely interested people. Bit shitty but nothing to fall out about. Not sure what you mean with the comment about rob being a shame to the forum or whatever though. Makes no sense at all.
