Oil temp gauge will come - but i m a little bit afraid to drive without oil cooler - because i don't want to have a bad engine after some drives...

If i get one - how many rows it should have?

You don't need one put your money into a top notch gauge you would only need one for long track sessions. If your dying to get one, they do look cool sitting at the front look into core size's, there quite expensive I'd rather have a gauge.

Unless you're in a really hit country I wouldn't bother.. I have a 16 row cooler fitted to mine, which I have to cover with tin foil otherwise I can't get any heat into the oil. My car is solely used on track too.

I've fitted a oil cooler from another toyota. A carina I think it was from. It uses coolant from the engine to regulate the oil temp. Bit like a sandwich plate between the oil filter and the filter housing. I also have an oil temp gague in the oil filter housing to keep an eye on the temps.

^^ neat idea for a road car, does it have a thermostat in it?

Whilst it's good to keep on top of oil temps, having oil which is too cool is just as bad if not worse than it getting a bit hot.

The idea with that one is that the engine coolant heats the oil and also cools it if needs be. It keeps the oil temp at around 80-90 degrees even after I've been driving with "spirit"
