Hi folks,

Im Mark from manchester. i joined here a while ago when i was looking at getting a Starlet and a few things came up so i never got one. Im back on the look out for a starlet as i still have an EP82 turbo engine in my garage that's just waiting to go in something. I originally wanted an older shape starlet as the engine i have is from a 1993, but they seem quite rare. i was just wondering (sorry that this is in the newbie section) how much work is it to put the engine i have into a standard starlet, say a p/r reg? the ep91 shape. What extras would i need barring the engine, ecu and engine wiring loom?

Many thanks for the help in advance.

Mark

Plenty of EP82 shells for sale, so you could save yourself some work, and get a car that you actually want. If you're going to all the effort of dropping an engine in, then grab the shell that you'd be happy with. Will make for a really nice project.

Will also save headaches further down the road :D

Welcome back.
