JDMfreak
should look like this plug on the right
Stu
It looks like its been missing for a while! I wonder if that particular version has the sensor elsewhere? Definitely stock ecu? Could be controlled by the ecu but I haven't seen that on a stock ecu before.
morgey
Dont some run a single temp sensor for all the coolant temp stuff?
StuDoc 72
Its not just the plug thats missing the whole sensor is missing. If the whole sensor was missing all the water would come out. It looks like its blanked off from factory. CONCLUSION: Its not supposed to be there in the first place.
Stu
Dont some run a single temp sensor for all the coolant temp stuff? Yeah thats why I was wondering if it was run by the ecu.
morgey
Is it leaking? If its not then its blocked off from factory as theres no bung in there atm which means it never had a plug
Jasonp-glanza-s
Its not leaking at all, thats what i thought it must have come like this from factory as there isnt any plug to be seen or any cut wires in the loom,
morgey
Must have a different sensor then. Im sure later cars had a multi pin plug for various temp signals.
