daniel_g
Normally just condensation build up
StuDoc 72
Is your anti-freeze red Im guessing? If so then nah that's not good.
Bug679
No anti freeze is green 😟 what could it be, the oil isn't mixing with water in engine it's just oil not cloudy at all
StuDoc 72
Where did the orange come from then lol. Probably just as dan said then wouldnt sweat it.
Bug679
Don't know lol. Probably just a bit of oil colouring it then. Not so bad I'll leave it for a month or two see what it's like then. Cheers lads

Bug679
Dead on I'll keep an eye on it anyway. New to these catch cans and taught it looked a bit funny was all.
Arnold
Do you have any build up inside the filter bit too? Mine is open to atmosphere and a ton of gunk has come out all over my nearside wishbone Edited August 18, 2015 by Arnold
StuDoc 72
So the water is just condensation which would naturally build up over night. When you start your engine it heats up and boils then it rises and escapes through your breathers and into the catch can as it should. Confirming its not antifreeze then its working as it should. The reason there is emulsified oil is because thats what happens when water makes prolonged contact with oil. Obviously the breathers are there for the engine to breath inside the engine is oil. Therefore it is inevitable that some oil will work its way through these pipes then sit in the catch can where it will emulsify. All in all, Its Sound
Bug679
Sound lads, thanks for the replys and help 😀
5T4R7ET N/A
This happened to me during the colder winter months, you will have to keep an eye on it and drain your catch can, pretty annoying.
Bug679
As long as there's nothing wrong with the engine I'll empty it once a week lol 😀
StuDoc 72
Empty it when it fills up thats the idea is it not?
Johnboy GT
Can always plumb it back to standard and have it sit in the engine or on the rocker....
Bug679
Lol I'll leave it be and just empty it thanks again
