So the water is just condensation which would naturally build up over night.

When you start your engine it heats up and boils then it rises and escapes through your breathers and into the catch can as it should. Confirming its not antifreeze then its working as it should.

The reason there is emulsified oil is because thats what happens when water makes prolonged contact with oil. Obviously the breathers are there for the engine to breath inside the engine is oil. Therefore it is inevitable that some oil will work its way through these pipes then sit in the catch can where it will emulsify.

All in all, Its Sound
