got pulled a few times for on the spot checks and once for racing in town but as i work for the police i got off with it and back to what some one was saying there is a law about the noise of an exhaust but it has to be traffic that do it as they gotta test it with a decibel reader and it's 90 db before any one asks. ( the noise of a road traffic pile driver going off less than a meter away)

i wasent trying to put him off or anything, was just saying it not like just changing a shocky and if your not skilled in bodging tools together cutting the top and uhe 40mm hole aint easy. at least thats what i think.

thats the set up ive got on my glanza. its only the fronts that are adjustable and you got hack your origional front ones to get them to fit the new shock as they are inserts and the starlet ones are sealed. it is good once its done and is a little smoother than with coilys. but be prepared for some hard work fitting them. lol (p.s look at my thread and you can see the ride height on 15")

it just goes on the passanger footwell like you said. did you get the mounting bracket with it as well? if you want ill post up some pic on how to fit?

thats what struck me as a bit odd but it could just be for the rear fog thes changed to the uk spek lights to incorperate it.

does the other window work? might be a relay but its more than likley a break in the wiring in the door or its that the switch is nackered.

could be a couple of thingsoil being to thin, left some of the old sensor in the holeand now its playing up with the new one, its just over sensative list goes on. play around with it and see if it can be fixed .

nice one mate i have a verry similar one. tbh i recon you would get more for it if you took the performance bits off and sold it standard cause youd get bout 3500(roughly) for it standard and get more money back from the parts. not just saying this cause i want a few bits lol

i am working in a police station so the law in basics is you're not allowed to hold a mobile phone whilst driving a motor vehicle or stopped at lights etc. for the ticket you dont need corroboration so in court it wouldn't stand up but ill let you in on a hint they need to prove that that it was in use. but at least thats the way it works in scotland. not sure bout english law. in court though they will always take the word of a cop over u. (being a 16-25 male behind the wheel of a done up motor doesnt look good to a port soaked big wig does it)
