Thanks guys! Sorted the bent actuator bracket out and some egg shaped intercooler piping and I'm back to 1.1bar of boost again! (when it starts lol) Brendon -

how much should i have to stretch it? -
Just had a look at my actuator on my turbo and i tried to unhook if off of the wastegate bit and it was stretched on, basically to get the actuator arm on i have to pull the actuator arm about 5mm's to get it on, or should it be just sitting on there with no pull? as to me this says that the actuator is slightly open when im not even running any boost? Sorry if im being a noob just want someone to set me straight! Brendon

I have just bought one and i currently have one on my turbo now, so when it comes to taking them off I might try and get a template made up and get someone on my industrial estate to make a few up! Brendon

I have a jam ecu I could try but all the wires are cut into and bypassed to the emb and all soldered up :/ -

Someone must be making actuator brackets from rotated TD04's? Cant find one anywhere and dont fancy trying to make one myself! i saw one for sale not long ago but not getting any response from the member :/ even if i could get a good template i might be able to find someone that could make one, or even a few! Any help? Brendon
