I need the whole mechanism for it as its all broken :/

After purchasing a new bootlid from my cousin that has a glow panel, we realised that the bulbs and surroundings were pretty brittle and all broken.. Was just wondering what i could do to get this all working again? Was thinking an led strip wired in but cant find any on the Internet.. Suggestions anyone ? Cheers Dan
