as above, looking into mk3 boot lids as they look bit cleaner than the mk2 boot

my work do 4 stud hub spacers, all kinds of sizes, just spacers, not hubcentric type spacers though, if I was to buy the 10mm spacers would I need longer studs? or is there a bit of thread left after 10mm being taken off the length?

drove about 10 miles today to college and back, boosted a couple times, sat in a lot of traffic and it barely smoked, is that just cause I havnt been booting it much?

yeah mine came into the car when i had my windows open today i was almost choking lol!! it was only that bad one time though, the rest were pretty minor, boosts like magic though, preying it isnt stem seals, how would I check? manifold off and check any oil around the ports?

im burning oil from the exhaust it stinks, fine blue, sometimes bit of white smoke, its only when Im idling for more than about 10 seconds or if Ive just come off boost and stopping at traffic lights then it starts smoking, thinking either turbo or valve stem seals?

whats a decent figure for the oil pressure to be at? if i was to get a gauge i need something to go by

cheers mate, Im calling Camskill tomorrow to see if they have the switches in stock ready to ship theyre only £6 so may aswell replace that too

oil was around 2/3s, it was on the 3/4 mark when i filled it but obviously where my turbo oil return is leaking then its lost a bit, would i lose much pressure through that?

done around 100 miles on my engine so far since the rebuild, had timing set up so its safe to hit small amounts of boost to help break it in, boosted today on way to work and my oil pressure light came on, then when i pulled up, it turned off, was only on for around 10 seconds. unplugged the plug that sits on the oil pressure switch and started the car and the light didnt come on? faulty oil press switch? slight oil leak through the oil return too (td04) sorting that tomorrow

why not just send items with signed and tracked delivery? at least then you can always keep an eye on it and you know whether its been sent or received etc etc...

im gunna have a look tomorrow its driving me crazy!! boost controller stays on when cruising then if i come off throttle it cuts then i hit the revs and it turns on, and it makes a clicky noise that the ignition makes when you turn the key, annnoyyyiingg!!

just started driving my car again now its rebuilt, happy days, but everytime i come off the throttle, boost controller cuts, then when back on the throttle it comes back on ,and i experimented it did it every time! what is this? Its an Apexi AVCR. loose connection?
