Since ive started using the car for the past week running it in finallyyyy but ive noticed on idle and on my afr gauge its fuelling high 15s to low 16s, on WOT it fuels fine, running stock ecu, stock fuel pressure on a sard fpr, just put a new fuel pump in and its still the same, any ideas?

i doubt it dude i checked all my valve clearances and they were all within spec

but lime i said its becoming increasingly worse, surely that isnt good?

ive noticed theyve become increasingly loud and my fuelling is a bit shit, possible bad injector/s?

just read somewhere on another forum that the fuel pump on both ep82s.and.91s dont prime when you turn the ignition on?

what i dont get is how it ran all day then when i went home and.changed my wheels over.then thats when it stopped working

its a 92 gt, the loom runs down the drivers sill, im gunna check the efi relay in the morning could it possibly be that?

tested the live on the end of the pump and theres no power, im trying to find the plug up the ignition end to see if theres any loose connections etc, ep82 by the way, but any help would be much apprecuated

been running my car in today and went to go out in it just now and it wont start, unplugged all the fuel line up ny the rail and regulator and theres no fuel coming out when turning the engine over, has my fuel pump packed up? what could it be?

thanks mate but i think ive sorted it, i didnt reconnect the map sensor wire after removing.my fuel cut defender and it was fine before i removed it, ill see in the morning when i run it

yeah i didnt realise, my fcd came in the car so didnt know, and yeah it is, running an avcr

run my new engine around 40mins and had to drop the sump to sort a leak and saw a small amount of swarfy oil in the bottom and bit on the sump plug, took bigends off to check for peace of mind and the oil looked good, is this normal due to fresh bores?

just read on another forum that a guy cut out his fuel cut defender then had similar issues to me, this is what i did, cut my fcd out then accidently cut the wire next to it which i think is my ebc

i cut a wire that was wired into the loom right near the ecu plug accidently.but wired it straight back in, ?

Just rebuilt my car, upon startup the eml came on and ita code 31map sensor signal, after running it for half hour it still fuelled mid 10s on my wideband, when revved above 5k rpm it bangs big black smoke clouds, everythinga plugged in and fuses are all fine what is the hold up?!
