    Just bought a head from a member on here, was sold fully working etc etc but unwrapped it today once it was delivered to find that theres a residue build up round the 1st exhaust port, is this stem seals? the others are okay, just this one :/ shame really it means I have to fork out for stem seals and for someone to do it for me!

    I haven't got them on my starlet but I have a set on my mk2 golf with 55mm drop springs, handles alright, could be better though but I havent got any other chassis upgrades on it lol

    its alright I enjoy tractors ;) haha think I prefer the sound of my exhaust. probably going external soon, going to put my welder to use

    yeah on boost it sounded good, thats what i meant, when idling it sounded a bit unhealthy lol surely there would be no back pressure?

    someone I know is just running a decat with no exhaust on his car, internal wastegate.....to be fair it sounds pretty savage is this bad at all? Opinions

    seen a few exhaust systems now all with 2.25" front section, then changes to a 3" mid section. why is this? why not just have a 3 inch the whole way down?

    what I find strange with my one is that it only rattles about after Ive driven the car hard for 15 minutes or so? Im pretty sure its knocking on the axle where the pipe goes over.

    yeahhhh that car, ahh too much, was the only car really that caught my eye, had a surprising lack of people standing around it too which was a bit strange

    the hakosuka? it was the first real car i spotted on my way in past the ticket guys (once id passed the stance gayly cars on the way in to the arena)

    lol like i said before a few times now, Im not after a boost gauge, i need an oil pressure and temp gauge..

    as above, wondering what the differences are? the pump that goes up to 92 has a bolt on pulley whereas the 93 onwards/glanza pump has a pressed on pulley (i think its pressed anyway). Is there a difference in the fitment or something?

    little update since my post in august, took the clutch out 2 months ago when I took my engine out to rebuild, and the clutch had seen much better days, paddle clutch going in now

    put it this way, when my piston ringlands went, from piston 1 - 4 they read 120psi, 70psi, 90psi, 110psi. All ringlands were cracked besides the first piston lol
