Need urgent help! Cant get on the forum on my phone so have to post here. Ive just rebuilt my engine everythings back in. The car runs but engine light came on, code 31 map sensor signal, just went to unplug the battery and orange sparks flew everywhere!! I dunno what ive done wrong?!!

there isnt a huge difference, the springs are both the same, but one is ever so slightly stiffer than the other , BARELY, but not sure if itd make much difference?

someone must know about these?

took the spring out of my oil pressure relief valve from my '92 GT engine. Then took the spring out of the one from the ep91 uk spec starlet engine I have spare, the spring feels ever so slightly stiffer, looks newer too.... Should I use the newer starlet ep91 spring or stick to using mine?! Cheers

havent driven it for 3 months now, never driven with a paddle clutch besides one time in my friends s14, in the snow, in traffic, not a good mix lol seeing as i sit in mile long traffic at the blackwall tunnel in the mornings lol

yeah man, well this week im spending every day after work rebuilding mine so should be done within a week or 2, I'll be up lakeside as soon as, providing it doesnt snow which im sure it will soon lol

aha wouldnt want to damage yours though! glad I had that car last night, ended up going on the tunnel run, sat in traffic for agesssss, car started overheating lol thank god i wasnt in my starlet I wouldve been way too frustrated especially now having a paddle clutch haha

must have seen about 6 or 7 glanzas all in one car park up by the services, mostly silver, I parked behind a black V with vented wings, side exit in my little mk2 golf ;) 2 of the silver Vs were heading out and i was stuck between you 2 so I let you go infront, if youre on here ;)

maybe each piston ring cost £100, maybe £400ish per piston and rod ;)

due to my electrical illiteracy, I didnt understand much of that despite how simple the words were haha

Got my new oil pressure gauge, prosport stepper motor gauge, the instructions definitely arent clear enough regarding the wiring, theres 4 wires for the power that plugs into the back of the gauge. theres red, black, white and amber. Guessing red and black are live and earth, not sure what the others are for! says what the wires go to: Black - battery (-) red - battery (+) amber - Note white - Note anything? anyone?

bloody hell dude lol interparcel, you can book with loads of different couriers like parcelforce, city link, all the top couriers, I just had a complete engine head with 2 sets of cams posted from Isle of wight to London for £9 mate

£20 postage? use interparcel it would be around £8 for a package that size
