part num: 89420-10010 second line says: 100798-1980 and the sticker color is blue......searched it in google it says 4efte but my engine is 5efhe. so i am really confused!!! help pls!!

is it from mitsubishi or volvo cause its definately not from subaru cause exhaust flange is totaly different as i hv seen here. any else information u can give me from the pic??? i mean which series?? cause facing difficulties finding a proper manifold for it.would be mounting in my 5efhe ep82

as far as i knw its a tdo4 turbo from mitsubishi and its 19t. hybrid compressor wheel and t28 flange. but i am confused. so pls is there any one who can confirm??? would be very helpful!!!

This would be a very usefull thread for those who belongs from hot weather countries like me. Reason for giving coolant line to throttle(from toyota):- its given so that the butterfly valve dont get freezed and also warm up the air little bit that the engine is sucking in very cold weather or freezing temperature in some countries.. but in hot weather countries it can be a problem.i was facing idle problem.it raises the intake temperature badly and also it makes the air very hot that the engine is sucking.which reduces o2 level in the air and thus leading to idle problems.when my engine gets into a optimum hot temp i lose power comparing to when the engine is cold. by doing this you will gain power reducing the intake temp.it can be a big advantage if you have cold air intake. How it works:- lets name the connecting points as A B C D. A is the point from where the coolant comes to intake poi nt B. t hen from B it flows through the throttle and comes to point C which is also a point in the intake.From C it then returns back to the engine point D.All the points are connected by pipes. Points: A-Coolant supply point. B-Coolant entering point at throttle C-Coolant exit point from throttle D-Coolant return point at the engine How to do it:- 1)Open the B and D point pipes from the intake and engine. 2)Replace the pipe's positions.from B point, the pipe goes to D point and from D point, the pipe goes to B po int. Now you have a ''U'' shaped pipe connecting your B and C point at the intake. and the pipe from point A directly goes to point D which is both engine points. now no coolant is flowing through your intake.its is now directly flowing from supply point to return point. ask me if you have any ques regarding this thanx. hope it would help.

is it possible to do it? i hv a 5efhe engine and i m in difficulties finding a proper mt tranny for my car.then decided to go for ep82 4efte auto transmission and stay with it untill i find 1.is it a direct swap for 5e?? as i know that 5e and 4e flywheel have different bolt patterns. so i am confused if a gt auto tranny would fit 5efhe.and if it fits would there be any prob with the ratios?...have anyone done this?? thanx in advance!!!

How to get very little sound at lower rpm and very very loud soun at higher rpm? My piping is ss 2 inch from the spring box.and the end box is from dc5 type r 1st copy...any idea?

Cleaned the icv by myself and now its ok :-).cheers!

Usually its ok.but some times the rpm drops to 400-500rpm.when the engine is cold it runs fine. But when it's temp is half way, it some times struggles.i have tried to set it up to its previous position by losening the idle screw at the inlet.but again its back.what can be the cause? Carbon or dust build up in the icv? Or the grounding for the icv becomes more resistant when heated up by the engine and thus causing prob for the icv to read data?

Its 5efhe(non acis) with 4efe ma series ecu. Want to drive it as NA(fastest) and have some fun first. Will go turbo later and collecting parts for it. by the way now It has fte tb and inlet fte injector and fuel rail 1st gen 4efe map sensor 2.25inch custom exhaust(cat is on) its auto tranny now, which is the only thing slowing me down.i cant go over 145km/h lolz.soon will do a manual convertion soon. But believe it or not i can keep up with 7age in a trueno.and other 4age cars.i slowly fall behind when they red line.also raced with glanza(stock) it was struggling to pass me.both of us were auto trans. Any wayz About the fastest na some mates here told me that i hv all the things i need and installed.the only thing i need is tuning my afr and dyno.

What is the difference between them in performance? i hv found one which is up for sale.its exhaust flange is rectangular type which is wider than ct9 flange from side.dont know exact way to describe it.its may be t28 flange!
