  6. attack of the jdm intake as you can now guess in the box was my jdm intake manifold! (fitted) so now my feedback...... wow! i didnt expect that, the difference it makes is spectacular! its like driving a totally different car the rev range and pickup areas are similar but alot more aggresive and torquey the exhaust sounds meaner and boomier at high rpms so 10 out of 10 for this mod a must do for all n/a's peace out peeps ian

  13. ill be honest i just attacked it with a hacksaw but it does look gash as funk up close but hey.......im looking to do it better at a latter date at the mo i got a couple of rip ties holding it in place 1 either side attaching it to the lights and one tiny one in the middle holding it to a bracket the slats used to screw to i can get a couple of pics if anyone really would like to see?
  14. basically i hadnt changed my oil in 5 months so decided now was a good time tools required: 14mm socket and rachet / spanner oil filter chain (if required) tray of some kind funnel make sure the engine is cool enough to work on dont wana be burning your self so to begin remove the oil cap and dipstick from the top this will prevent an airlock effect n let the oil run out smoothly next if you got ramps use them lol, if not jack the car up on the drivers side, using the correct jacking point and then put a tripod or similar (wheel basically if i slips off the jack it wont kill you!)

  18. basically panel filters aint gona give you a huge increase in performance......combined with the rite type of exhaust you may get slight results but on the most part myself n im sure most people on here have done induction mods for the sound, placebo effect and look they have k&n are a very big company who put alot of research into the science of there filters, however car manufactures do aswell so IMHO esspecially with bigger powered cars like the porshes and bmws the standard airbox is probably alot better. my 2 penneth peace out people
