Well I had a PM offering to buy Cyril a few days ago and decided to sell under my new circumstances absolutely gutted! But I know it's gone to a good home. I'll let the new owner make themselves known!

They spend 2 years filling your head with ambitions and dreams, until you start believing it all. You buy a ring to propose, book a holiday and begin flat hunting. For her to pull it all from under your nose.

Completely headfucked.

i was with mine for 4 years big house 2 cars. started to look to buy the house and had picked up engagement ring to suprise her and then she just walked out one day and said she wanted space no reasoning or explanations. 8months later we started to talk again properly n she got knocked up on a one night stand decided shes keeping it. but hes getting made homeless at end of month so will be 5 months pregant and homeless and now she keeps inviting me round for dinner and to go out to the cinema and all that and am just like eh? naaaaah ill pass. first few months where brutal but long as you keep your head high and focus on what you can control as apposed to worrying about her it all sorts itself out.

Similar experience 4 years ago! some lasses are abit mental- you give them everything and it just gets thrown back in your face! Shaun the advice is spot on... Did well not to go back there!

So.... Bit of an update but not on the car! Found out last night that me and my lass are expecting a baby! V V excited but can see that kind of halting any immediate progress with Cyril

Put the speedlines in for a refurb today with my local wheel guy they will be away for a couple of weeks as he's flat out but will post up some pics when I get them back, gone for gunmetal with a pearl glitter fleck.

Also, getting the speedlines refurbed as the paint job on them is pants- probs a rattle can! But the wheels are good. Was wondering everyone's opinions with what colour to go for? I'm thinking black or gunmetal grey? - bit like Morgey's

They are rare little things. Same engine as an N/A but totally different gearbox and floor pan housing the prop and 4wd system. Suspension is different too. Apart from that- body wise and interior they are the same as N/A's. Capable little cars

Just fancied something different don't get me wrong I love the look of glanzas and gt's but have a big sort spot for SR's. Original plan was to get a rough white glanza and convert the body but then Cyri came up and couldn't resist! Problem is I've got some white body parts to shift now!
