  1. nope not fuel cut, it'll boost fine then when i cruise again the revs will keep dropping. Without doing the diagnostics, im guessing its something to do with the spark plugs/ignition they look old and 'crusty'. But i don't get why if i drive slow with no boost its fine. Starts up in the morning fine too
  2. Tried to do the self-diagnostics and had no luck, was following a guide on TGT. But was in a rush. Did notice it only happens after i put my foot down and reach full boost. Driving slow it never happens
  3. i always go for a mental blast somewhere in the car, then get under someone else
  4. Haha, may have to have time off work until the new leads come ;) Sort of bodged it back together, hopefully it gets me by. Hopefully new leads will solve the rev dropping issue its getting dangerous too
  5. Would be perfect bud, just christmas and all its a bit out of my budget
  6. Up
  7. Pm me with price zeldoz can't afford aftermarket atm:(
  8. Could be, but i broke it checking spark plugs..pain in the arse because my car and me are stuck at my girlfriends!
  9. Possible to put it back together?
  10. Still happening, keepa cutting out while driving and getting dangerous.. Any ideas?
  11. Yup brought the one you posted first used it, manifold was blowing. Changed it for the the one i posted. It's basically OEM quality they claim so should be very similar to ID Work oe ones. Up to you which one you choose. But i wouldn't go for the crush type gaskets again
  12. do not buy that gasket, i did and it was wack. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300914157256?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2648 this one generally looked and felt alot better quality, very very close to oem
  13. I would never rent unless i absolutely have to. Renting is money thrown away you'll never get back, and is actually a 'step off the ladder'. Better off staying at home and saving that £500 for a few years for a deposit
  14. as i said bud check the manifold etc for blows aswell
  15. i had osram nightbreakers when they were £14.99 at eurocar parts. Probably the best bulb ive tried and tried loads on my old car. One blew out though and now have halfords super brilliance ones which are shit
  16. car started and ran fine this morning.. just a bit of moisture somewhere maybe? Gonna change the spark plugs for piece of mind anyway
  17. Mine sounded like this when manifold was blowing
  18. Sounds sweet bud!!, can't wait for td04 if i can bring myself to keep the glanza for a few more months

  20. Not sure tbh, its on my list!
  21. Mine starts fine hot or cold. Changed the coolant a few times over the past week to get the turbo kit off. Was fine Saturday and Sunday after fixing that though.
