Didn't get round to under-sealing the car before the bad weather and road salt came out There is slight surface rust under the car already but nothing out of the ordinary. I suppose Toyotas hold up quite well? Other question is, is it too late to waxyoil or hammerite the car now? Read that once the moisture has set in its bad to then seal it in.

Tried everywhere with a hose...no leaks. Turned out it was coming up through one of the grommets in the back, so re siliconed that and alls okay

look at a scrap yard. I got one for my old car for a £5. Problem is on ebay, people know the splitters are desirable so charge alot more.

Had a suspicion my glanza was running rich and using more fuel than necessary. Bought a replacement and went to fit it, and found the lambda switch had snapped at the wire coming from the ecu. Instead of re-wiring the standard plug back into position i crimped the wire from ecu to the lambda. However i'm not sure the lambda is working properly still, what are my options to find out? Suppose its either air/fuel check or take it to a garage?

I also bought coilovers off him that were seized... Bought them under the assumption they would be fine

He's not saying install and install the cat. You can get a sports cat in a pipe to fit in the exhaust middle section or similar.and just bolt in and out pretty easy. If you buy a sports cat though it was my understanding you may aswell leave it in as not much more restricitive than a decat
