The white 'Limited Editon' corsas that so many young kids have on finance, driving them around like they own the world. Snapback on, fag in one hand protein shake in another.(yes no hands on the steering wheel)
i did mine with a jack and everything in place...it was possible, but a pain in the arse. Quite alot of awkward bolts to get to on the cat. I'd recommend taking the radiator out for easier access, would have saved me time.
that long ongoing argument haha, you're much more likely to damage the turbo using the wrong oil, blocked OIL feeds etc. Theres plenty of arguments on google, if you want chatter read up and make of it what you will!
mine has no mountings either, maybe your bumper has been passed along and i have it now!!cheers for the help bud. I have 96 spec fogs so will get the bumper off and see what i can do with some mounting plates
Try removing the whole dump valve and blocking the rubber pipe up. IMO it sounds a lot better than a dump valve, alternatively find a dumpvalve blanking plate from somewhere.
i'm un-sure really, but would like the option to run fogs. Don't suppose you still have the bumper/brackets and could take some photos? Or draw up or give me an idea and what the brackets entailed?
i may try it one day, unfortunately don't know anyone with a glanza pretty local to me. Might spend an hour in my car trying to get it to work again haha.
if you want chatter, remove the dumpvalve and block the pipe up with something. Block the vac hose from inlet and enjoy the chatter. Alternatively remove the vac hose from the dumpvalve and block that up. I find with the last method and a baileys (they seem to be cheap tat imo) the DV leaked at high boost.
mines definitely got remote central locking, looks like the key fob is OEM toyota,so either the guy was lying and it doesn't work with a glanza. Or im missing something,
I thought the same about the external wastegate gasket. This is the one you need http://www.id-workz.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3_1118_8_102&products_id=4695
