  1. previous owner had butchered mine so after a replacement as its very noisy, pm me prices and conditions.
  2. if glanza box does it have OEM LSD?
  3. hi mate, ill take the D/S arch liner, pm me price delivered
  4. sounds like a broken cable or faulty switc, check the switch is switching with a multimeter and check the continuity of the cables from the pass window switch to the window motor for a break
  5. if its boosting 0.9 on boost guage the problem maybe around the MAP sensor, as this is what makes the three lights operate, check that the vac hose to this is ok
  6. if the boost is increasing to 1.5 bar either the boost controller isnt set up correctly, the actuator arm on the turbo is sticking or if your using a uprated actuator the base setting (length of the arm) is too short holding the wastegate increasing the pressure. to rule out boost controller take the vacuum pipe from the turbo directly to the actuator, this should run it at its base setting (for uprated one hks ext). on my old Gt i suffered from boost creep but it didnt shoot up that high and i found as i ran higher boost the creep wasnt so bad lol does it hit a bar hold for a few

    Drums sticking

ripping the handbrake up will ratchet them in closer so make them stick even more, as the shoe wears down they automatically ratchet up to compensate for this, this is why loosening the handbrake wont make them looser at the drum. I hate drum brakes with a passion, iam unsure of the design but take a look inside there will be some kind of ratchet or adjuster, you need to adjust so that you drum will fit back on so its snug and still rotates. put it all back together and pump the foot brake up then when hard press down firmly and pull the handrake up and down a few times, then release the f
  8. yeah cause it can, if its chucking too much fuel in or not enough when idling. obv on throttle it doesnt use the lambda so problem doesnt show. other than that id go with the carb cleaner around joints ext.
  9. is it a gt or a glanza? if its a GT you can look at the stock pressure gauge and as you turn the POT on the FCD you will see it change position as this is just ofsetting the signal to the ECU, this is how i checked mine lol other than that you can measure the output at the FCD with a meter with the ign on and see the voltage output change.
  10. my old GT through engine light up with no code and it was the Lambda sensor, you can check its oscillating properly by putting a meter across two pins in the diagnostics plug but for the love of god i cannot remember which ones lol i believe its ox1 and ign- or something, looking for it flicking between 0-1v when engine is warm and revs held at 3k iirc.
  11. drop me a pm dude, i wouldnt mind a few bits if i can come and have a look? am only at glapwell
  12. as above, a pair of door hinges for a 96 spec glanza drivers side as mine are buggered, drop me a PM cheers,
