No both are used but if you can tap into the vacuum pipe you have on the turbo nipple. I will try and find the diagram that I used for you now. you can tap into whatever vacuum line you have on the tb nipple already and that goes to the nc port on solenoid. Then the hose from top fitting on the wastegate goes to the com port.

Bottom one goes to tb nipple and top one goes to ebc mate

Bump a little help please someone I'm fitting a vented bonnet and instructions say not to let the valve get wet so I don't know about mounting it on the bulkhead James
