Si had 14" Griffin Alloy Wheels, ABS, CD Player and so far as others experience says, slightly stiffer suspension. Not a massive ammount and none lower, just the ST the chappy owned was alot more... soft, than the Si of my aunties.

Not OEM no. Saw this last night and saw the oem kit pic there. Cant really see why he did that, as its nothing like it. The spoiler blatantly isnt even to an untrained eye.
