Hiromu Naruse - R.I.P. I think that is yet another legend gone. Its a shame as, so it seems, he tested most Toyotas 63' onwards, which in respect, could have been Starlets (most likely sports models, Glanza, GT-T etc) and possibly Paseo too.

We need more owners, I'm going to get onto getting business cards made for both PaseoPIMP and UKSC Hopefully we can get people over as soon as the sites up ;)
-
I think hes trying to get his money back mate. I can't see them being different. P.S. Get him on here
-
Seen it loads in Taunton a few weeks ago, but not so much recently. Was looking through TPM mag and theres a shot of it from Japfest on UKSC's stand.. So who is it? I don't recall seeing the car on here before.
-
I'm on the road now Heres a couple of snaps to prove it..

Picture courtesy of my internet browsing What sideskirts and rear are you going with? Congrats on the MOT bro, alls good to roll now!

I believe the gay sticker is an optional extra? Correct me Phil... Clean looking car though mate, a black lip with the black wheels would look great!
-
Right il be there. Fair old treck, anyone from Southwest England/South Wales attending for convoy?
-
I turned 17 on the 29th March, and passed my theory on the 30th March And Japfest is a possible, need to see what funds I have to pay for it and get there.

Was indeed the front wheel. I thought I had failed with the stall but all went well Can't wait to get the car taxed. Its stupid, their records aren't updated yet so I can't tax it
-
I'm keeping her far from hedges Phil As for hitting the curb, it was a slight nudge/graze on it, not mounting. Mounting is a serious, and I guess it depends how badly you hit it to get a minor, that or I felt it and the examiner didn't.
-
Actually not bad at all to be honest. Really laid back for me. I stalled it once and I also nudged a curb, didn't count those as minors, nor serious, and my minor was for change of speed... I think that was due to turbo lag and then BOOST... In a Citroen C3 Diesel!
-
PASSED WITH ONE MINOR YIPEEEEEE Have to wait 24 frikkin hours before I can tax the frikkin car

All of us seem to be turning our girls into jap lovers

Noo, no huge bends, just lorries, cars, tailbacks, bumps, slight corners, crashes, signposts, police, speed cameras, contraflows....

Well pull my pants down, a Diesel Starlet! I knew of them, just never bothered to look for engine bay shots, its packed in there! You let us down maan, you bought a diesel n/a over a Glanza! But yeah, deffo colour code the bumpers, paint the door frame and B-pillar black, alloys and slam, then rid of the sodding diseasal!

I would say stuff your money into the GT for now, so when you are home, you can have a damn good thrash around and enjoy it while it lasts, you don't want to spend so much money on a reasonably sensible car and come back and just drive around. You wanna throw your money into a bit of fun before you can calm down and settle. Then when it comes to selling, strip the car of its mods and put it back to standard and sell the standard car for a rough price that its worth, and all the mods as second hand. A way of getting a vast majority of your money back. Just my 2p.
