Well after wasting about 90 quid on turbo-manifold vband flanges that didn't fit, I bit the bullet and ordered from Owen Devolopments today. 110 quid for 1 flange and Vband. Unreal

We checked the stalk today mate all the connections are fine, the ballasts only control the main beans, sidelights are still original bulbs. Think the ballast have given up after sitting around for 14 months then?

Productive day, Mr Windett popped round and we managed to get the wipers working which was sweet, only problem I'm having now is with the headlights, sidelights work just not the main beams. The car has one of these aftermarket HID kits on it, everything's still connected right which has left me clueless. Can the ballasts dry up or is there somthing else obvious I'm missing?

Been busy yet again tonight, happy it's all done though, can finally have a night off tommorow Heater all working, just needs plumbing up to the engine and the ducting putting on. Then I cracked on with the centre console. Wideband all working And wallah, wideband on, switch for heater, just need to get some decent double sides adhesive tape for my turbo timer as I've run out .

Didn't take long, lined up near on perfect with the old heater matrix mounts, which is mega wierd! Added a bit of rubber to the back just to take any nasty vibrations away from it. And she's all on! Ordered the ducting to get the hot air to the dash vents, just waiting on my carbon a4 sheet to fill in my centre console and a few switchs until I can finish it.

Will just be plumbed into the vents for the front screen then on a switch mate

Postman dropped some bits off today Millers running in oil New fuel filter Some substantially over priced gearbox oil AEM wideband And my favorite from today.... A rally heater, literally ways less than my phone, the oem heater weight was collosal compared to this !
