After being let down on a HKS fan controller and not being able to get my fan working on the original fan switch I decided to wire in a manual switch. I also needed to wire in a horn and a kill switch, so thought id make a switch panel to house everything.
I over ordered on some carbon fibre so used that and got to building something.
I braced it will aluminium and will be placed beside the centre console will get some pictures when its done.

The plug that's not plugged in is probably the temp switch its talking about lol failing that change the coolant temp switch

Sounds like the same issue I think I'll be making a helper spring, you see them a lot on big v8 cars. I'll let you know how I get on

Has anyone had an issue with the throttle sticking but only when the car is on.
When the car is off I can play with the throttle and it will return to the stop pin.
When the car is on the car will hold the throttle open and keep it there until the car is turned off an the throttle will return.
I've cleaned the throttle up and greased it so it does freely move and there isn't any crap in the throttle.
Could it just be the return spring has become week ?
Considering a helper spring is this is the case until going for an updated inlet and throttle body.

Yea, wasn't having a dig at your comments or anything like that was just giving my experience with them and yes only did the rears as I had a set of front cusco.
The Rears for me were solid and looked a lot easier to mod than the fronts.
-
much easier to turn seat and steering wheel around ha ha
That way would also give you rear wheel steering lol
-
The set I made are still going I made proper poly bushs for the rear so they didn't collapse.

Lovely stuff sacha I still say you should have used more straps to keep it down hahaha

Tidy work, +1 on liking the intercooler too.
Cheers mate !
looks great Dean!!
Cheers sacha
Looks good mate! Intercooler looks nice and tidy behind the bumper
Thanks Mate a lot of trial and error to get the intercooler to sit flush, meant extending the crash bar and making some decent mounts for it

I know lol going to let them finish it to complete mate! Bored of looking at it every morning/night knowing i havent even drove it since i have owned it! A lot of money in a car that i have not yet experienced. Bought for £3200 with the intension of it just needing an mot.... soent a further 3-4k and still has not been driven. All starts and moves but that dont count as driving it.
Exactly what I did haha bought mine for a quick fix and sell and I've done a complete build now.
Looks good though mate should be a nice glanza when it's done
