Thanka fod the help guys. Found the flanges from atp turbo.
Yes i know its a bit peaky but im running a 1.5 block with fully forged engine and tuned to the max. Also want the car for drag use.

Anyone have the same turbo fitted? What have you people do for the vband flanges. Universal ones dont fit and i cannot find from anywhere.
Any help??

Forgot to mention im running an aftermarket intake manifold and emu ecu..

My car developed a problem out of nowhere. It stared missfiring and juttering while on throttle for the first few minutes when cold. It so bad that i cannot drive it till it warms up. Once it warms up its absolute fine.
What can this be?

Temp never goes up the normal 90/93. Will check thermostat aswell

Hi,
I got the LC working on my glanza.. but no boost is building up. Not even 1psi. What you people are imputing in the settings?
Anyone got it working a building some boost on LC?

The diaphram is intact and sure there are no holes or any tares... if so it would leak air from the upper nipple... but instead its leaking from the shaft.
Maybe by time the clearance got a bit bigger ...

Could you explain whats " lap the valve " mean?

Decided to take my wastegate off my car since after so many years of work it got stuck open one day! Tought i give it some testing with a regulated compressed air.
Connected the hose to the bottom nipple and as opened the air to around 10psi air strarted to leak right round the valve , out the exhuast chamber. As i continued to increase to 20psi air was getting out more and more.
May i ask is it normal? Tought that a wastegate cannot leak from nowhere.

It was changed about a year ago.. it think it might be something electrical

My glanza started sometimes doin this strange thing..
While I press on throttle the water temp gauge goes down to Cold. As soom as i release the throttle it goes back to normal :/
The more i press the more it goes down? Any ideas?

My light will stay on but the abs still works or at least at sudden breaking i hear the abs whining. Run the test and gave me code 12.. any help??

What shall i see when checking for duty cycle on emu? Shall i see the input or output? Anyone can explain more in detail?

I dont think there will be any notacable difference but still i will use bends rather than elbows if possible.

My aem has been installed for years. Always ran fine. Istall it 35" back from turbo and tilt it a bit so it doesnt get clogged

Its not a cheap one tough.. innovate makes some really good gauges.

I have installed an innovate mtx dual oil prssaure/temp gauge few months ago.
All of a sudden the gauge is reading low pressure flickering from 20psi to 0psi once the engine and oil are at normal operating temps (ONLY ON IDLE).
Once i hit the gas it turn back working properly.
I have earthed the sendor well and checked connections.
Anyone have same problem?

To check timing you'll need the probe light. Start from there.. short E1 and te1 in the diagnostica box first

Re-check timing... 10 btdc, also check all earths and if you can add some more
