100% the front toe is out mate! Camber dosent make them wear that fast especially as it isnt that much camber.

Ride height is down to personal preference mate, they normally come pre-set though and thats normally a good ride height to run. Mine came straight outta the box and went on as they were no messing with ride heights, and they sit perfectly. If you are wanting to go for a fast road set-up i would run Neutral front toe, and -1.25 Camber on the front. And obviously you wont be able to touch the rears.
