Top one is the 4efe (starlet/corolla) bottom mr2 3sge left mr2 3sge Right starlet/corolla 4efe mr2 body with the 4efe bottom bit
  4. paint work still a little dull but this weekend if the weather alright bump strips are coming off then a clean and polish is in order
  5. If no one buys the red set by next friday I'll buy them Pete
  6. The thing is to mount the mr2 throttle body is the the bolt hold are the same width but not the same height so would have to make an plate and cut the normal one of the inlet mani. then cut the cone area to were suitable for the new plate to be welded on.
  7. Little update: Got hold of a corolla inlet manifold (thottle body was included) only £30 Sitting in degreaser and water mix to get the inside gunk out Also when down my local scrappy found a 3sge mr2 so had the throttle body might convert the corolla mani to put this beast on. 15mm bigger than the standard 45mm Nothing like trying to have a little experiment with this
  8. Someone really rat looked a starlet... One of my mates had a rat look mk3 golf and you can probably guess what happened to the engine :/
  9. Managed to get hold of pair of good condition mr 2 for a bargain of a price and was just wondering if anyone has used them before as the driver one has hight adjustment, bluster adjustment (In and out) and back adjustment (sort of stiffens or softens the back).
  10. Got bored today and decided to paint the speedline bit in on my wheels: Then cleaned, clayed and polished it. Very smooth but still a little dull on the paint. And done something with the rear lights and rocking a ukstarletowner.com sticker Paid 65 quid for these from a breakers, one of the lenses is cracked but only in a corner. Spent so far £615
  11. Got the car few weeks ago for 550 quid and haven't done any mods yet, yet I've got plans. Its done just over 128,000 miles now and does shows its history via the paint work but rust free underneath. Unlike my old cars. Some pictures: Already ordered some stuff but keeping quiet about it till I post it. Plans: Corolla inlet mani Corolla throttle body Some sort of exhaust mani and system Refurb wheels De-bump strip Do something with the rear light either tint or replace Possible glanza rear bumper and front maybe Lower it Probably come up with other things to do as I go
  12. Oh I want to have a play with the rear wiper to try and do what I did on my old car so it backwards to normal, which makes it finish at the bottom of window and not the middle.
  13. Want it to be a little lower and refurb on the wheels and probably have a little play with the engine. New bumpers as the ones on there are gone either replace along with the bonnet as its bent :/ thats its plans so far.
  14. Picked this SR up the other week, its not the best one. Its just gone over 128,000 miles and still going strong . few little things need fixing before I start doing things I want to do. Needs a good clean on the inside and outside.
