Since im a prepp-er i could be of help I guess Mate, you dont need to get the paint OFF, just make sure the surface is keyed up, basically has a nice matte finish. Then go over it with 1200 wet and dry with soapy water. Once its dry and cleaned up, apply your first coat of primer, I would reccommend Plasti-kote High- Build aerosol primer, you can get it from Halfords. This first coat is just a dry, dusty coat. In the trade this is known as a "gripper" coat, as you are creating an uneven surface for the second and third coats to stick to. Second coat. Make sure this coat is nice and wet, b

Hi mate, welcome to UKSC. As far as I know rolla manis dont fit EP82s. Some exhaust systems come with new cats, some have a gap for your own, in which you can bung a decat pipe. Boost gauges are a good idea If you plan on increasing the boost considerably for higher performance. An easy way to increase the boost without spending any money is to take away the boost restriction. This is active in 1st and 2nd gear, lowering the 0.6 bar standard boost to 0.4, to reduce wheelspin and for 'safety' or some shit. As far as I know most people have done it. I did it ages ago and have never had any mechanical difficulties to do with it or because of it. You will notice the difference so be careful with it mate. It disables the boost solenoid that limits the boost to 0.4 bar in 1st and 2nd. Allowing the full 0.6 bar in all gears. Cheers, Alex.
