Anyone know oem wheel stud spline diameter? Got set of extended studs for ae86 (spline diameter 14.4) and cant get them in. Tried pulling with wheel nut and pressing in, no luck. Have read they're 14.2mm but cant seem to find any extended versions of m12x1.5 14.2mm spline.

Richard clarke does conversion looms. Use the 12 valve charging and starting wiring and use his loom for engine management just needs earth and ignition live. Carb shells dont come with a return line and 12 valve lines slightly smaller bore. Will need to change fuel lines either from a ep82 or run your own. Needs a fuel pump fitted and wired up to ignition. Ep82 tank also a good idea as carb tanks are not baffled and pump can draw air. Thermostat housings will need some sensors mixed and matched for fan switch, dash water temp and water temp for ecu. If youre using a ep90 4e you'll need e

All 12 valve alternators/starters the same

Swapped out glanza S interior and engine loom for glanza V. Turn on key getting no oil light, no airbag light and no engine management light. All plugs and earths plugged in. Have tried 2 different interior and engine looms with clocks still no good. Anyone ever come across this?

How do these compare to ID-workz wings?

Have this exact noise although not as loud in another OEM rebuilt 5e. Valves were re-shimmed to spec and still have the noise. At a loss

Dilly of a pickle here. Running 5e n/a off of turbo loom. Car runs and drives well until you accelerate hard. At WOT it just completely cuts revs and will not rev again untill you lift your foot off accelerator but will straight away then again. Only happens high in the revs 5k+ Its not a misfire or bad spark just complete loss of revs MAP sensor was changed made no difference. TPS problem maybe? Thanks

Go 16 valve you wont look back. Fucked around with 12 valves for ages and they dont compare to a 16valve. Not much of a job to convert if you have everything there. Running mine on a standalone efi loom chopped down by Richard clark.
