  1. From Redditch mate, not far from you to be honest. About 20 minutes tops, takes me that long to get to Merry Hill.
  2. You're only in Stour so still in the hood i would say
  3. NO WAY! The fucker sold it???!! This car used to be ChrisW's then was sold to Redline on here, seen it in the flesh and the car is mint. Dont worry Josh, the work done on this car was always done by Kevin down in droitwich who is a pro (being ex-toy tuning) and has had a previous rebuild and recently had the headgasket done. The car pulls very well, was looking forward to meeting up with Im once my GT was on road, oh well...
  4. Great progress! I'll be damned if you're done before me LOL!
  5. If you look or feel under the corner of your arches where it meets the sideskirts, both front and rear you can feel something that resembles this: --^^--^^--^^--- Thats where it is reinforced and where the jack/axle stands go.
  6. Picked up my ACL duraglide from Bob @ ECC, he was brillaint for getting me 5e thing  If he cant then it would be Kon (Zisco)
  7. I know the cast is the same as ive seen them both but was under the impression the components were different. Most of the info is on TGTT, you can use my username and password to sift through the info and find what you want.
  8. Well the gaskets are the same but the parts (i.e springs) 4e is stronger due to turbo application hence why people use the 4e head. From what i remember the difference between FHE and FE (5e) is the thicker rods and cams, so that would indicate the gaskets would be the same.
  9. Id you would want the 4e head overhaul kit and get the 5e crank seal separate
  10. As above you have a couple of options. Purchase the 3e flywheel which will allow you to mate a 4e clutch to the 5e crank pattern but its not lightweight. Or Purchase a lighweight 5e flywheel and purchase a 5e clutch (ACT). I did the latter. http://www.tm-developments.com/index.php?m...products_id=390
  11. From what ive been told is that if your running no B/C then you leave the top plumb out (as you know) and the link up the nipple from the compressor on the turbo with the bottom one as you have said.
  12. ^ Speaking of different wheels, i put on my BK temp alloys which are flat multispokes and dont go into the wheel like yours above or my Toms. There were more clearance issues with them too, the inside diameter of the 15" wheel was catching on the caliper so out came the grinder again and i had to shave two parts of caliper off. On the caliper you will see R or L, some numbers and an MOT triangle sign on the inner of the caliper, this had to be ground down. I took pictures for you yesterday too. The bare metal is the parts that need grinding. You will see once you mock it up.
  13. Your rims in the picture are similar to my TOMs where the go into the wheel with an outside lip. Due to that i found it REAL hard to get any clearance at all!
  14. Cheers mate! They were an absolute nightmare to clear the calipers due to the offset. No clearance at all!
  15. Before the weekend, wacked on my BC coilovers and finished with the clearance on the new brake set up.
  16. I guess the OP like wearing clothes with studding like Disco Stew and is some what of an artist whos style is collage
  17. Yep, Valve pockets facing the inlet side.
  18. Im not saying your totally blaming Craig mate! Just saying WEPR kits are like that, it just happened to me last week! I totally forgot about it too
  19. I dont think its Craigs fault to be honest, he may not have used it himself and didnt get to find out. I have a WEPR td04 kit that i bought from Sacha and when i came to fit it i had the SAME problem that my exhaust didnt match up and then i thought 'Shit yeah i remember', as his kits are designed for his exhaust systems. I wasnt too fussed as i will just get the flange changed.
  20. Yeah i did mate, cheers
  21. Purchased an item off Steve and he was happy for me to pay they way i did which made it more of a convenience for me Was a small mishap but STeve sorted it straight away (like i knew he would) and i didnt have any doubts gifting him. Trustworthy member and a top seller! Cheers
  22. Yeah that GT is Danthemans old GT who he sold to a guy called Ben (essexep) and he has broken it for parts!
