Just like HOK I'd snap up the interior and coilovers if I had funds on hand. -

Would I have to remove the complete intake mani and spray it or just as it is and spray down from the hose side (right hand side) -

Yes the turbo was gone so I'm just replacing it. How would I clean it out and is there anything else I need to be on the lookout for just incase oil has got in else where? I'm changing the mani, turbo, decat and intercooler. Cheers -
I've removed my intercooler and noticed that there is some oil left in the hose which connects to the inlet manifold and was wondering is there supposed to be oil in there?

Thanks everyone

Are they fronts? Will they fit a abs model?

Are you selling the discs?

I'm in the process of changing the manifold turbo intercooler and decat pipe and doing a full service as well. I've drained all the oil from engine, removed the rad and pipes off the rad for the auto box so there is no oil in engine and water has been drained for the cooling system. I've also lost some atf from the rad removal. Someone said make sure I prime the turbo. (Don't know what or how to prime) So I was wondering once everything is fitted back on is there something I've got to do like prime or just fit everything back put the pipes back, top up engine with oil, change air/oil filters

Fantastic seller, there's nothing else I can say. Done me a great deal, held onto them for me and helped with other problem issues. Top bloke. Thanks Andy

Hi Has anyone got the hose which goes from the oil feed return to the sump? Any one local to M6 J7 or near Birmingham would be great as I need it asap. I can travel if need be. Cheers Nev 07846385830

Where u located buddy? -
Cheers for that. I've got some plus gas penetrating spray which I've sprayed onto the nuts and bolts. Is there any good way to soak them as just spraying them does not seem to get 100% thru?
-
I've got to change my manifold and looking at it id say it's the original one that's never been replaced since new (96). I was going to attempt to remove it myself but nuts seem well rusted and seized. If any of the bolts snap off on the engine side is it difficult to replace them? Would the head need to be removed and get it professionally rethreaded or can it be done in situe? Or should I take it to a garage and get them to remove the manifold? Thanks Nev

Is it the one with the green wire, about 2-3cm long, tapered and got like a pin in the bottom of it?

What does it look like, how do I identify which bit it is? Do you have a pic of the part? Thanks buddy.
