Buy a civic one, they fit, got mine new for about £40
-
Only fitted mine last week, got an10 fittings welded on. Used oem gasket so hopefully it will be ok. I can't see there being enough heat to warp it

The flutter is compressor surge from excess boost coming back through the turbo.
A sumo valve has a spring you can adjust the tension of so you can set how easy it opens, yours may be too tight atm.
Or you could just do away with the dump valve, I don't run one and have no issues

Plastics of, then there are 2 bolts with dome heads holding the barrel to the column, you'll need to cut a line into the head of them so you can use a flat screwdriver to take them out. Then you just unplug the barell from the loom. Don't need the key in or matching ecu

Doesn't mean it was thrashed, I know of a big powered escort that threw a leg out of bed at low revs
-
Pipe from turbo compressor housing to top port of actuator, then t-piece into that pipe and run that into the boost controller solenoid, then the pipe coming out of the solenoid will go to the bottom port
-
It's just a myth I reckon, I drove to the end of the road and gave it some when I fitted mine lol
-
You don't need to run it in, just drive away.
If that was the case you'd have to run it in every time you disconnect your battery etc
-
Does that exact model of battery have the correct terminal size for glanza/GT?
Fits perfect in my glanza

Are EP82/91 Whiteline and TRD arbs made of hollow pipe? And normal Glanza arb is something 18mm and maybe solid/full bar then or hollow?
Asked one place here in Finland and they make arbs, maybe that is my route to solve this problem...
I've a trd one on my 91 and they're hollow, standard glanza one is solid.
Noticed a big Difference in weight between them

I like them!

Yeh you get remote central locking with it. Was worth it just for that tbh lol.
