  1. I got mine out without breaking it, used vice grips and gently wiggled it until it came out. was just the grommet was perished and came apart, only a few £ for a new grommet.

  2. U could make up a little bracket that bolts to where the actuator was and the other end hooked over the waste gate arm holding it shut.

    I made one of these and then used a threaded bar so you could tighten it shut, did a good job

  3. Well it started after it went on a dyno. But the battery keeps going flat as the alternator needs changing. But when I say flat I mean like completely dead. So the ecu has probably forgot itself once or twice.

    Yeh if it happens after you've just charged the battery back up then that's probably it
