Hi everyone, I have heard that speedvision valve springs need valve seats ground down as they are taller than oem ones? is this true? if so does it also apply to the cruise ones? Any help would be great Gary

Well yeh i meant all the crank stuff aswell lol, im guessing its just depends what machine shop you use for supplying clutch, the engine im getting balanced the now they asked for the clutch as it was an exedy item and may have weighed different to standard. Gary

As said above its not necessary but if it was me and for the coonditions your engne will be raced alot i would recommened it, As Lee says it aint to expensive, usually they just need the flywheel and clutch cover you will be using. Hope this heps Gary

I am aiming to be fully running and mapped by this show, ill not put my name down just yet until i see how my build folds out. If im there then im 100% on track to test the car as this will be the first real track day i would think Gary

Tonights update with some better pictures. Was working on other builds tonight but still had half an hour to spare before heading home to strip more off the car. These first three are for Sparky. Its an unbranded seat but with 'Carbing' rail, thats all i know. Quick shot of underneath without the axle, next is to remove fuel tank and lines, all brake pipes so it can all be renewed, still toying with the idea to flush my filler cap and have a boot mounted or window mounted filler. A few pictures of the engine bay, still got everything to strip off when i get a chance. Managed to get the carpet, both seats, all plastic minus the roof liner and dash out tonight, they were all firmly placed in the skip Next is to either take more out interior like bits that weigh to much lol, or strip the underside. Hi guys, I am looking for a place to supply a connection for where the oil filter screws onto the block, buts its so i can pipe an oil cooler in. Noticed it on Nightspirit trackstar but its hard to see from the pictures what is used for an adaptor Cheers for any help Gary
