Yea I was happy with it lol, standard exhaust manifold bud, folk kept telling me to use the starlet throttle body but it's a bit smaller and not the correct one for the corrolla Mani lol. There was a few heated debates about it but I never listen and the results speak for themselves

Don't worry about the fan fitting kits either, a dose of cable ties does well and basically the same as the kit idea

That's dead on, take it looking at before pics it was cut in middle to fit ? How flexible are they, could you not trim bits off the top edge to bend it to bumper shape without cutting a whack out

An HDI one and a u bend is whats on mine 

On my Rep I fitted a corolla manifold and throttle body, air filter and 2" straight through exhaust with a small scorpion back box, on the Dyno it made 86.6HP compared to 74 standard 30/40 £ should get you the manifold and throttle body

Great job on the fuel light fix, mine worked perfectly then swapped the tank just now it's a guessing game 

My braided feed is straight where it comes from the block, there's a thread adapter for the block too, I'd say the straighter the better for the oil flow

Have you actually tried to fit this yet tho ??? The funny shape bit behind the wheel will hook into yours to cancel the Indies, as for a horn you'd have to fit a separate switch, that wheel looks like it will go straight on ?

Battery or alternator then, put a multimeter on the alt it should read around 13.5 volts when running.
