Rite some sexual pictures to follow lol... only mocked it the lump without box in, for wiring loom purposes... so will be coming out again. gave the engine bay a tcut as well.. The engine going in... looks well!! very very roughly added the filter relocation kit, and the front mount. not where they will be going but just to put a smile on my face!!! MINT to anyone planing on doing the conversion, then use an engine crane, it made life so so so much easier than draging it out from underneath!! defo worth while. managed to get this brand new off a mat

whle i have been reading this thread, ive been thinking... surely this thing, with sticky tyres and most of weight over the back, will wheely when launched?!!!! and also have u thort it may understeer? this is guna be a beast to drive lol

lol it will all slow down soon enough lol, once engine and box in, then i wana take care and make sure everything is correct. hopefuly getting engine into the car by 2moro nite

on internet mate, ebay i think it was. if u post that pic on general u will get someone tell u exactly what it is. its off the 5efe, from america i think. unsure if people have tried em or not. was just an idea at the time!

YO peeps, after a day of graft and cursing, the engine and box are completly out!! the drive shafts were the hardest things to do, they were full on not budging. tried alsorts, so in the end just waited to get it out before we knocked em out! now engine is out, the front looks proper rally, there is about 6 inches of clearence under the wheel arch, compared to the normal 10-20 mm we did it the hardest way, and jacked car up then droped engine out the bottom, and draged it out. when i get the engine crane 2moro, shud make life easier to get the new lump back in! any way, here are the pics!

Cheers all!! will take photos when possible lol! having a break atm, jsut had drive shafts and gearbox off, ready to get lump out now! with regards to wiring loom, i am still not sure, ive heard from a fairly reliable source, NA will mate with gt engine almost the same, with some slight modification, but im still sceptical, will place it al lon and see what the crack is. ive got as much protection on the car as possible lol, realy cba to have it lookin all chatty on the front when its done! yeah watched it last nite, thort it was good for what it was, glad i saw it! some real nice motors in it. not as much street racing as i thort there would have been!

IT HAS BEGUN!! the front has been striped of all things glanzafied, and started to break the engine apart. has gone realy well so far touch wood, sooo with out futher interuptions... here are the pics!!! will carry on striping it tomorow! w00000000p

Gave the car its final clean before the conversion began, and thort i wud debadge the back. looks a lot cleaner now!

clutch should be going in the other starlet either 2moro or sunday, now ive cleaned a huge space in the garage. so as SOON as that is in, im changing insurance over to the other one, and my panda is going in and having the front end stripped! will hopefully update the thread with pics of progress very soon indeed

lol get one started then!!! got a pic of the NGK's fitted to the lump! and gt spec hybrid semi mounted on aswell. its coming together now!

W000T my gf's starlet is getting its clutch sorted this weekend! sooooo the project steps up a gear very very soon. if all goes well, i shall switch insurance over mine will be in garage ready to be stripped! CANNOT WAIT!

no it hasnt lol, i meant rear bumper and side skirts need adding/modding lol duno which to go for, will try and stay away from the glanza ones, they have been done loads now! Jay

well im kind of throwing ideas at my gf atm about what she should do.. she has plenty of her own also!! wheels are going for defo now, she wants some white ones. so will be posting them up for sale soon.. will be replace with some rotas more than likely, not sure on what design tho yet. spliter of some kind, more than likely a laguna one.. just cuz they are cheap and look decent enuf. plus non will fit the remiz bumper! crystal NA head lights side skirts and rear bumper shud be modified. cat is being welded back in back box is being swaped/modified, not sure yet. corola inlet mani cd

forgot about this thread!! cheers for comments! yeah the paint code, had to find that out a while ago, got a touch up stick kit from toyota, so when i get a chance i will get it sorted. i got it for £1300 in the end, one or two little nigley bits needed sorting. since last update have: -Added the import number plates on front and back -good valet inside, was a bit messy. -moved the dials about abit, want to source a radio cage thing to put head unit back in original place. -3X tcuts in one go!! 1x polish 2x wax with meguires -metal polish on exhaust. the hardcore TLC i gave is h
