Driver side engine mount to body . Top of the Gearbox to passenger side body . I added one to inlet to firewall . You could add loads but up to you lol .
Cheers for that! Ran out of cable after replacing the engine mound side one. The gearbox one looks OK so I'm going to leave it.

Where did you buy yours from?
You can get the Whiteline one from Tuning Developments:
http://www.tuningdevelopments.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=502_519_574&products_id=179
Or ID Workz:
ID Works sell two Ultra Racing ones, one in 16mm and one in 20mm thicknesses:
Personally I've got the Whiteline One on the middle setting and it's definitely helped the handling of the car.

Parcel shelf retaining clips arrived today and fit perfectly . In case anyone is looking for the part numbers, they are:
64323-10040-C0
64324-10040-C0I paid about £6 each from Amayama, no idea what Toyota would charge as my nearest one couldn't find them on their system .
:O I could kiss you! I could never figure out why my parcel trays never sat properly without bouncing around, I didn't realised those clips were missing. Now i can put my parcel shelf back in, woop!

If you're in the Chch area, I don't mind you borrowing my MAP sensor for testing

Another update time, whilst I was away at a local Subaru meet, the car got a full 2.5" exhaust made by a friend of mine:

The engine has developed a weird "ticking" noise.. to me it sounds likeIn the mean time, I figure I'll still prep for the trackday, so I flushed out the brake fluid and put in some TRW racing fluid. I used a syringe to suck out most of the old fluid that i could, then poured in the good stuff, however after doing that, this little dirt cloud appeared:So I sucked that out too.Two hours hours, job done! I did this on my own, a first and I'm quite chuffed I had no issuesExcept I found this boot had split, poo.Everyone loves a wee photo:

Tried to replace the steering rack bushes, but I only had enough room to replace the drivers side one:

Old rotors vs new
Hmmm wrong pads New ones should be here tomorrow!

It's a long weekend here in NZ and I dedicated a few hours to the Starlet today to put some Seafoam through the engine and polish the headlights
I love using Seafoam, creates a huge smokey mess and the engine felt a little lively after.
Yeah silly love leaving the doors open, ah well! Also found my downpipe gasket is leaking.

I have a hdi kit fmic and pipes if your running td04 set up ?
Still the factory CT9 at the moment, not too sure what route I want to go just yet in terms of power set up.
I'm also in New Zealand, so shipping may be a little un-economical

Small update, haven't done anything interesting other than an oil and filter change at 230,000k.
I've ordered the following parts:
- JD Tuning Civic radiator mounting kit
- Intake and Exhaust gaskets
- Powerflex steering rack bushes (the O and D ones)
I was looking at a HDI intercooler kit, but my friend who's somewhat handy with a welder has offered to make me a custom front mount set up and all I have to do is figure out what piping I need.

My one doesn't have one 1996 Glanza. "JDM" spec

In the right light, the lip doesn't look too out of place

The wiring in my Starlet is a sad mess, however I pulled out the annoying Turbo timer last night:
I also replaced my cheap Sony headunit with a much nicer Pioneer MVH-S305BT

Good on you for bringing this back to it's former glory! The body looks super tidy and straight and I love the colour! Keep up the hard work

Yeah, it's good to have a spare and by the sounds of it you need it too!
If I could find a unicorn LSD box, I'd be jumping all over it! But they're super rare here now
Slight update: my friend forgot about the wheel bearing, but he has resealed the Oil pump and Sump as they were leaking again. Fingers crossed that stops the oil leaks.
I posted on a local Facebook group in regards to people's thoughts on the HDI intercooler kits, the general consensus seems to be that they're not as bolt on as suggested, so I'm torn in half going for a fully custom set up, or biting the bullet and worrying about fitment issues later.
This is the kit: https://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=1737778681

Nice, bummer about the box. Can you not just have it rebuilt?
The original one is at a gearbox place, waiting to get worked on.. however it's a friend of a friend who is working on it and they, like me, have put it on the back burner.
I am dropping the car off tonight to get the drivers wheel bearing replaced, so I'll be asking about the gearbox then

Just a nice shot of her Of the bad side though..
I've decided for now to just have the lip painted as I was talking to the painter and he said it'd make more sense to repaint a lot of the car and I don't think that's what I want to do just yet.

Hi guys,
Has anyone swapped our the indicator relay when installing LED indicators? If so, what type of relay did you get?

Considering the list of tures you had to deal with, this is turning out great!
Keep up the hard work!
Cheers! It's slowly getting there
Later this week we are going to the paint shop to see how much it will be to have the lip mounted and painted + the bonnet fixed it.

Front lip from Japan arrived and I gave it a mock fit:
Then decided to give it a bath:

Small update: The wee girl failed a WoF ( MoT for you guys) a few weeks ago on the front tyres having too much inner wear, oops! So I took the opportunity to put the car on jack stands and get all four wheels powder coated.
I also gave the calipers a lick of paint whilst I was at it.
